Introducing Our Two-Way Integration with QQCatalyst

We’re excited to announce our new two-way integration with QQCatalyst, one of the most widely used agency management systems in the independent channel. You can now import insureds, vehicles, drivers, premises, and policies from QQCatalyst into Sembley — and send insureds from Sembley back into QQCatalyst — all in just a few clicks.

Import from QQCatalyst into Sembley

Getting your existing client data into Sembley is straightforward. From the Insureds page, hit Import → Import from QQCatalyst, search for the insured you need, and their information is pulled in automatically — names, addresses, contact details, marital status, tax ID, and more.

From there you can import the rest of your insured’s data by record type:

  • Vehicles — personal and commercial. Pull in year, make, model, VIN, and for commercial vehicles additional fields like GVW, cost new, radius, body type, use, and deductibles.
  • Drivers — personal and commercial. Pull in name, date of birth, license number, licensed state, marital status, gender, SSN, and for commercial drivers additional fields like date hired and year licensed.
  • Premises — general locations, homeowners, and farm premises. Pull in address, tax code, building interest, operations description, and for homeowners additional property details like year built, square footage, roof type, protection class, and more.
  • Policies — pull in policy number, effective and expiration dates, total premium, line of business, and carrier name.

Bulk-select the records you need, hit import, and they’ll populate directly into Sembley ready to be auto-filled into any supplement or ACORD form.

Send from Sembley to QQCatalyst

The integration works in the other direction as well. If you’ve built out an insured in Sembley and need them in QQCatalyst, just click Send to QQCatalyst from your insureds list. Sembley will check for duplicate names so you don’t accidentally create a second record, then push the insured and all associated data into QQCatalyst.

For policies, drivers, vehicles, homes and premises export a QQCatalyst-compatible file from Sembley, then import it directly into a commercial auto policy in QQCatalyst.

  • QQCatalyst-compatible export: Download a vehicle file formatted for direct import into QQCatalyst policies.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations in Sembley
  2. Click on the QQCatalyst card to connect your account
  3. Head to Insureds to start importing from or sending to QQCatalyst
